The podcast that is posted above was created to discuss the topic of the recession and how it’s effecting the local servers around Fairbanks. As a server, I’m worried about making my rent check at the start of every month. The tables are getting fewer and more in-between. My nights at work have grown shorter and shorter and my pocketbook smaller and smaller. What are we going to do as servers?
